As it turns out, it is not that easy to be an evil genius when planning payback. I am still working on it though because Kaz must be taught a lesson! Yes I know they love sharing photos of me on Social Media – and I totally understand that they would want to – but “does my bum look big in this” must not be tolerated. Hmmm … it could be the caption I took offence with (or is that to). Maybe if Kaz had put something like: Nigey still loves her cat tower hammock even if it seems smaller these days because she’s … no, maybe not. But she did seem to think it was funny … still is funny. I hear her guffawing sometimes … and it’s pretty raucous and, I must say, a tad unladylike … really a bit like a troll under a bridge Kaz!That being said, I am enjoying my cat tower these days. It is a bit of a tight fit into the basket bit but it is nice and cozy and makes me feel … secure. It is also an excellent plotting place!
What is she trying to do to me? Have I not been a good cat? Have I not shown that I am worthy of respect and maybe even a little deference? So what the %$&@$ was that thing that she (yes, you Kaz) put on Facebook? Yes it was me … and I know it was there because Sooz showed me because she thought it was cute … but let me tell you it is an intrusion on my privacy … and my good nature! I’m talking about the picture of me in my hammock! Because I still use things even when I have outgrown them a little, I was maybe hanging over the edge … a little. However that is absolutely no reason for there to be a picture of me on Facebook with the caption: Does my bum look big in this? Hmmm. Payback is a b*tch Kaz! All I can say is watch your back … because you will never know when it’s coming!
Oh my goodness … are normal services never going to resume around here? You would have thought that after their holiday, Sooz and Kaz would have been rested, refreshed … and ready to do my bidding. Not so much. It’s like I have to retrain them. Finally, today, I did manage to get Kaz to do some note-taking for me. About time I say … but not too loudly unless Kaz wanders off to work on her Ravi road trips blog.
It is good to be home again … the Pounce box agrees!
Otherwise they have been looking after me nicely since my return although I’d prefer it if Kaz would move my transport box (which looks surprisingly like a cage) back outside to wherever she found it. I’m sure (am I really?) that she doesn’t actually mean to keep me on edge – as if the thunder and lightening of this week’s storms aren’t doing that enough!
That’s Roz doing my bidding!
I finally got to meet this Roz person they go on about. She’s nice enough – and she did give me a lovely massage. Was it better than Aunty M’s face rubs? What do you think? (See what I did there?)
Me … not watching any of the Grand Finals.
During one of the storms this week, I found a new friend … or it would have been had they let me out to do a proper introduction. They didn’t … so I’m just going to call him Kermit! Kermit the frog. I didn’t want to be horrible to him – we would have played, had a few laughs, hung out for a while. Try as I might, though, I wasn’t able to get them to let me out. I had suspected they trusted me not – and now I know for sure! I may have to have a word with them about the trust relationship MiMi (MAN*) and Aunty M have. I’ve heard them talk about how Mouse got M to introduce her to a not-yet-full-grown swan the other day, and how Aunty M lets her carry little lizards around IN HER MOUTH. All I ask is that they give me a chance to show how kind and compassionate I can be too.
Me … up to my elbows in the toilet roll holder. See … I told you I could fit!Move along … nothing to see here folks!
It’s one thing to pack me off while they go skiving off on their Road Trip – but quite another to revoke my internet privileges for the duration of their absence. Yes, you read that correctly… they have kept me from my blog audience while they were off gallivanting around Queensland.
I was in “detention” for over a week and the only good thing about it… and this was lucky for them … was that they did come back for me. It was a kooky place they took me to. There were cats everywhere! And not just real ones … pictures, statues … you name it, they had it. The boss lady there was obviously a “cat lady”! She took good care of me… as Kaz and Soos knew she would because Aunty M used to let her furry people stay there sometimes when she went away. (Maybe she could leave Mi Mi there one time.)They had at least made sure I had some of my favourite things for my holiday – a comfy blankie from the couch, the Pounce box and the feathery toy that Aunty M gave me. These were at least some comforts of home – because they certainly didn’t feed me my usual food. No wonder they decided I am a “picky” eater. Well, we already knew that! How many times have I made Kaz give me more different breakfasts and dinners. I may have lost a little weight there though. That’s what Kaz is saying leastways. Do I feel lighter? Hmmm … maybe. But thank goodness I am home now… and even though the other cats (in detention) said I should give Kaz and Sooz the cold shoulder when I got home, I didn’t, I went the other way … sticking to them like glue for the first two days I was home. And it was so good to be home with all my boxes, my own food (to not eat), my coffee cup trays to chew up… you know, everything I love about home … especially Sooz and Kaz!
