M Kaz has started calling me RBG. Hmmm. It took a while but I have finally worked it out. I am sure she means Ruth Bader Ginsberg and that I am possibly her reincarnated. What a wonderful thing for M Kaz to think – although I think she’s wrong because RBG was still alive when I was born. But still … RBG. What a wonderful person to emulate. (That means to be like.)
Hmmmm … well, that didn’t last long. As it turns out what M Kaz meant by ‘RBG’ was Rubber Band Girl – because I do love a rubber band. But that’s nothing new. I still have my large red RB which I take around the house and put in different places for the Mummies to find. It gives them something to do although it has been in the bedroom near the door for a couple of days so far this week.
I slept on the recliner for most of last night – until M Kaz woke me up anyway. I don’t know what she was doing in the kitchen at 3.14 am but I don’t think it had anything to do with pie or pi. I think it did have something to do with a snack – something cold out of the refrigerator and a can. Do you know those lever contraptions you can use for opening ring pull tab lids? Well we now know that M Kaz couldn’t work theirs this morning – and the can opener was a bit of a challenge too.
Come to think of it, M Kaz has been a wee bit challenged this week – which is why she was at the computer repair place yesterday – after she had spilled a cup of coffee on her laptop keyboard. Who knew M Kaz could move that fast? Hopefully Adrian will be able to fix it – he thinks he can but it might be a couple of days before he finishes it because they are busy. M Kaz wasn’t sure how many coffee-related repairs they had lined up but she was hoping she wasn’t the only one who had been silly enough to mix keyboards and coffee.
Otherwise there’s not much to report from Jannie. M Sooz is still recovering from last week’s chemo treatment and I’m doing my best to provide some good quality company for her – especially in the morning when M Kaz goes off to do her sunrise photographs. A Nigey has to do what a Nigey can to help out around here.
