I’m not sure I’m ever going to get those Mummies trained. How hard is it to make sure I have fresh water in VARIOUS places around the house ALL the time? Why should I have to walk out to the kitchen to get a drink when there is a perfectly suitable tap and my water bowl in Sooz’s bathroom? Don’t they know the rule is that I have a third of the bowl and then it needs to be thoroughly cleaned and refreshed and refilled before I’ll even look at it again?

And just as well M Kaz has the batch of cat grass on the go again. Do you think she listened last time when I suggested that she grow one lot and then start the next within a week or so – so I didn’t have to wait? Do you know how long it takes grass to grow? And how not fun it is to watch it? I hate to be the one to say it but I think standards have slipped around here a bit! There may need to be some more kissing and cuddling of M Kaz’s legs until she straightens up and flies right. And while we’re on it, you can just get rid of that slanted bowl M Kaz because I just don’t like it regardless of what you put in it. There. I’ve said it now.

On a less-whiney note, I do love the new doona that M Sooz is using. I think they’ve been saying it’s like a pillow-top something-or-other they put on hotel beds – not that I would ever know. Did I say less-whiney? I obviously didn’t mean it.
