It was another lazy day for all of us today except those Mummies did go out for a while and came back with some new cat crunchies for me – and some cat tinnies, too. I hope they’ve remembered I prefer fishy flavours – not chicken or beef or vegetarian (sounds of Nigey dry retching ).

I have been loving my Christmas tinsel box and have been spending heaps of time in it – when I haven’t been sprawled all over the top of the hot water system Outback – and who would have figured that it would be so cool to hang out on.  I’m glad they don’t leave me Outback when they go out – it’s much cooler inside Jannie.

Aunty M came over the night before last to say she wouldn’t be hear yesterday morning to go to lunch with M Sooz because shec was taking Mi and Fl to Gympie to be reunited with their car which had a flat tyre there on Christmas Day.  They had to come back to the Gold Coast and then to Brisbane to be able to get a new tyre for the car – so they could get the RACQ to fit it.  Fl also bought a can of ‘stuff’ which he can put in the tyre if it goes flat again before they get to Townsville (admittedly a few days after they had originally planned to be there).

I wonder when M Kaz is planning to go back to work.  She hasn’t been since before Christmas – which means she hasn’t  been locking me out of her office.  I think she’s planning to go back in there to do some ‘decluttering’ – which hasn’t happened yet.  To be fair, though, M Kaz did spend some time in the bathroom, cleaning out the drawers and under the sink and she has thrown out lots of stuff.  It will be interesting to see what she plans to do in her office and whether there will be enough room for me to fit into any of the desk compartments when she’s done.
