Rats

It’s a Rat. It’s a Rat. And it was hard to contain my excitement … until M Kaz assured me that it’s not that type of rat … and it’s definitely not for cats. It’s for the Mummies (or anyone they know who can’t find one) … should they ever need it. On the box it says Rapid Antigen Test and M Kaz brought it back from the chemist this morning … because they had them and she thought it would be a good idea to put it in a cupboard “for Ron”. I’m not sure who this Ron is but I have heard him mentioned once or twice before.
It has been raining again here so M Kaz hasn’t been out to finish mowing the yard or using the whipper-snipper, which means she hasn’t taken me out there either. I enjoy looking out the window, seeing if I can see the snake from the next-doors, but I haven’t yet. I’ve seen some lizards, and a frog, and lots of birds, but no snakes. Yet. I keep looking though.
I have found a new sleeping place … they’re calling it my new hiding spot … but I don’t go there to hide … I go there to sleep because it’s so very comfortable and cosy.
