Saturday

Eeny, meeny, miny, moe … let’s see … where shall I sleep this time?  There is no shortage of options of spots around the house … and it’s nice to spread myself around so the Mummies don’t think I don’t like having the spots available.

I think Aunty M was a bit surprised when she found me sleeping among the sloths when she arrived this evening for the restitution of “video nights with the Mummies”.

They were supposed the be watching “Mare of Easttown”  but Mummy Kaz had not done her homework and they had to watch something else as well … “Annika” on ABC iView.  M Kazbah had watched the first episode already and had decided she would wait for M Sooz and Aunty M before watching anymore just in case they liked it and wanted to watch it too.  Judging by their reactions, they do want to … but are going to have to have the Subtitles turned on so they can all understand what is happening with the Glasgow Harbour Watch.  Who knew the Scottish accent could be so hard to understand? And, yes, they were speaking English!

Helping M Kaz in the office … with her study.

It rained again today but it was dey just long enough for the grass to dry out so M Kaz could mow part of the lawn.  She will (she assured herself) Do the rest of the lawn tomorrow – if the grass is dry enough.

And speaking of rain, I think Kaz fancies herself a bit of a Frog Whisperer. During last night’s rain there was a frog croaking (no, not that type of croaking) outside their bedroom and when she’d had enough of the noise, she told it to pipe down … and it did!  No one was more surprised than she … although M Sooz and I were right up there!
