What the hell was that? I don’t know where he got it from but he certainly didn’t take it with him … and now I am worried that Sooz and Kaz will start using Wayne’s “bottle that shoots water at cats”. What the…!?! So, yes, we had an overnight visitor this week – Kaz’s brother – and even before he arrived I knew he was going to be trouble. Seriously … how can someone not like cats, especially when they’re as cute as I (am)? I did wear him down though … and he actually only did shoot (okay, squirt) me a couple of times … but only because I am an exceptionally fast learner! Someone definitely needed to tell him (and yes, I am looking at you Kaz) that I am allowed on the table, and in the bench, and in the fridge, and wherever I darn well want to be! Hmmmmm.

I like it when people bring me presents! So brought me two mice the other day and I love them … well, I would love them both if I could find the other one … but it has gone missing. It may be under the fridge (that’s where Bluey was until Kaz rescued him … and Pinkie who had gone in to bring him out) but we haven’t found him under there yet.
Bluey is great a playing “Fetch”. Kaz throws him for me and I go get him … and she throws him again … and I go get him … and she throws him again … and I go get him… and he never gets tired of it. I think Kaz does though … and she gets so demanding, telling me to bring Bluey right to her so she can throw him.
I was scared for a bit yesterday – well, that’s what Sooz says anyway. We were sleeping (Kaz was out having the car washed) when things started hitting the roof … (WHAT THE …!!!!) and then white things were all over the yard. It was hail. I’d never seen – or heard – it before. Amazing stuff. And when Kaz came back later and gave me a look … it was cold. I don’t see how it could have hurt the car though … but that wasn’t a problem because, since Kaz was having it washed, it was undercover when hail the size of golf or cricket balls (depending on where you where on the Northern Gold Coast) came crashing down.
Apparently I am “a brute”! And just because I had a tiny little chew on the Stress Sumo. They (that would be Sooz and Kaz) know I don’t have hands so I can’t use it like normal people do. And I really didn’t think they would find it – not so quickly anyway. I hope this doesn’t mean Kaz is going to start sifting through my litter tray looking for evidence. As if it would have been anyone else – or could have been!I have been doing my best to keep Kaz and Sooz on their toes … especially when they’re not paying me (enough) attention-like when they’re doing the SMH quiz or the crossword. And Kaz certainly gives me a cross word (or two) when I hug her leg (really tightly) and give her a little smooch on the knee or calf. Just because I use my teeth sometimes she gets upset. Do you know she thinks she has to shake me off … well, that may be true – but it’s not like I would actually hurt her … and yes I have bitten Sooz on the bottom on occasion but that was an accident – more or less. They went out and left me locked in the laundry on Monday – not cool. But at least they left me with some of my stuff … including Pinkie. I think Kaz has only just realised how much Pinkie means to me … and it any took me having to take him through to give him some crunchies. So Kaz has it now … Pinkie is not a toy … he is my friend …who l have to carry around … because he is lazy … oh, wait, no … it’s because he’s legless … no wait, that’s not right either – it’s because he has no legs. Poor Pinkie. Lucky he’s got me.
