I can see …

I can see! I can see! Or should that be: I can see clearly now. The Elizabethan Collar is off and the stitches have been removed – none of them by me! Who had a chance the way Kaz and Sooz kept watching me all the time? But it is so good to have that “cone of shame” (as Sooz kept calling it) off. Kaz wanted to call it the “cone of silence” but the way I kept bumping into things with it on, that truly would have been a misnomer. And, even better, normal activities have resumed – which means the stringy-thing has been removed from its hiding place and we’re having great games with it again! We aren’t playing with it loudly while Sooz is asleep though … that would be bad! l’m already in trouble for playing with cables (it doesn’t seem to matter when!) and they have taken to locking me out of the bedroom at night. I’m not allowed in the office at all – and the toilet is verboten – which I gather means I can’t go in there either. Geez – you chew up four rolls of toilet paper just that one time …!
Kaz went off to see a cat riding a skateboard the other day … I hope it hasn’t given her any ideas because surely they know by now that I’m the one who’s been training them! Aunty Mejrem had her photograph taken with the ”Cat Whispering man”. Hmmm.
